This is the practice Nicole always described — calm rooms, unhurried appointments, thorough diagnostics, and medicine she'd want for her own animals. It's where she sees patients today, including the complex and chronic cases she's known for.

Both hospitals are completely new, from-scratch builds. Every room, system, and piece of equipment was sourced, evaluated, and chosen for quality of care and long-term value — nothing off the rack, nothing inherited from a previous owner.
A well-run business is what protects good medicine. Real systems — scheduling, records, marketing, operations — so doctors can be doctors.
How it gets built
Every hospital is a partnership. Nicole is the medicine — the standard of care each building exists to protect. Her husband, Britain Sorensen, carries the other half: the site, the financing, the construction timeline, the equipment decisions, the brand, and the marketing engine that fills the schedule from day one.
Building independent hospitals while the market says "just sell to a corporate group" is a contrarian bet. They've now made it twice — on purpose. And the model was designed from the start to grow beyond two buildings, with partner doctors who want ownership.
